In the last day of our trip we would like to relax and taste different food before we went to Arlington National Cemetery. Therefore we decided to go to Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse for brunch.

Brazilian Steakhouse are unique places to eat delicious stakes in the US. We went to brunch on Sunday between 11.30 am and 2 pm. Before you go there, you need to be sure you are too hungry because you will eat limitless steak in the restaurant.

After we made our reservations we arrived there around 11.30 am and the valet parked our car. The atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant feels great. If you take a brunch you have so many options to eat from the salad bar such as exotic vegetables, seasonal fruit and berries, imported cheeses, cured meats, seasonal soup, and more. They have also made-to-order omelets, Bolo de Fubá (sweet cornmeal cake) with whipped banana crème, Belgian Waffles, and more. So why I am saying you need be sure you are to hungry before to go. The main food is not salad bar obviously. The main food is lots of types of limitless meat. We ate the following and they were so delicious.

  • Filet Mignon (Tenderloin)
  • Picanha (Prime part of the Top Sirloin)
  • Alcatra (Top Sirloin)
  • Fraldinha (Bottom Sirloin)
  • Seasonal Cut
  • Beef Ancho (Ribeye)
  • Cordeiro (Prime Lamb Steak, Chops)
  • Costela (Beef Ribs)
  • Frango (Chicken)

To sum up, highly recommended. Food and drinks were great, service was spectacular, and restaurant set up was elegant. It was our first time going and we were impressed. We will definitely go again!
